This course looks at fuelling physical activity for sport and exercise, it will look at the food and fuells that will help optimise energy when participating in activities.  It will cover sports drinks carbs, popular carb combos, high fructose sugars, fructose and heart disease, bad science, carbohydrates and exercise, fuelling cycling, fat intake and exercise and ketogenic diet and exercise.
