LEVEL 3 APPLIED ANATOMY & PHYSIOLOGY
Our level 3 personal training course price includes this unit, however some candidates may prefer the option of completing the theory paper before they attend the practical element of the course. If this is your preference then this is for you
Course Content
- The heart and circulatory system and its relation to exercise and health
- The musculoskeletal system and its relation to exercise
- Posture and core stability
- The nervous system and its relation to exercise
- The endocrine system and its relation to exercise
Course content will cover - Anatomy and Physiology for Exercise and Health at level 3
Pre-requisite
- None
Assessment and Certification
The course is assessed through written questions, assignments, theory assessments and practical observations. Some assessments are completed as home study, some during the attendance days and some on an allocated assessment date. Please note that if you cannot make your allocated assessment date for this course there is an option to change to a different date.
On completion candidates will be awarded with an Active IQ level 2 Certificate in Gym Instructing which will allow them to join CIMSPA at practitioner level.
