Active IQ LEVEL 3 NUTRITION FOR EXERCISE & HEALTH
The aim of this level 3 course is to gain the knowledge and skills to be able to apply the principles of nutrition to support client goals as part of an exercise and physical activity programme. This award includes the following.
Pre-requisite
- Level 2 Certificate in Fitness Instructing (or equivalent)
Nutrition for Exercise and health courses at The Fitness Education Academy
Assessment and Certification
This qualification is also a unit of the level 3 personal training course The course is taught through blended learning and is assessed through a multiple choice theory exam and completion of a case study.
On completion candidates will be awarded an Active IQ Level 3 Award in Nutrition for Exercise and Health
